what's being done ??!!

Has you probably have notice before,poeple like to complain.
Yours truly,not excluded of course.Actually,I'm a long haul trucker,so in fact I'm really good at it.
I like to complain about how damaged and rough the roads are across north America.
Yes the trucks are a big contributor to that fact,but the states and provinces charge us outrageous fees in taxes to use those roads every year.If they decide to use that money for something else that fix the roads,then it's hardly our fault.
Anyway,I have the beleif that there is a common situation that always seems to surface when people are wandering what's being done to fix some of society little problems.
THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE THE POWER AND AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE SITUATION, OR FIX THE PROBLEM,ARE NOT AFFECTED BY IT,THEREFORE,NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE.
It's a sad fact of life,
